Resolve "Rename last map filter option to: "other stores""

What does this MR do?
Renames the last filter option in the map. Adds the English translation as well.
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
Very confident, as it only changed the text that is shown. I checked it in the German and English version.
How to test
- Checkout branch locally
- Login as foodsaver
- Make sure that the language is set to German
- Open the map view
- Check the text of the last filter option
- Change the language to English
- Check the text of the last filter option

Release notes text in German
Die Filteroption "In Verhandlung" in der Kartenansicht heißt jetzt "Andere Betriebe". Außerdem wurde der Text ins Englische übersetzt.
