Fixed markdown code to actually render links as URLs.
What does this MR do?
It just fixes an issue in the contribution documentation, that some links were not rendered as URLs.
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
Won't break anything, as it is only a change to documentation.
How to test
- Checkout branch locally
- Verify that all the links in the contribution documentation (English and German) are actually clickable

- Describe in a few sentences, what should be tested from a user perspective.
- Also mention different settings (e.g. different browsers, roles, ...) how this change can be tested.
- Be aware, that also non technical people should understand.
