Resolve "Update IT tasks with present numbers and possibly infos"

Closes #1151 (closed)

What does this MR do?

Adapts the numbers, the spelling and the language in the "call for help" documentation. Removes the mentions of a certain year in that post (e.g. 2019 at it was in there before).

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

It's only documentation changes, hence it should not break anything.

How to test

Check that the numbers are up to date and that the language and spelling adaptions didn't make the text worse. No actual testing needed or possible, as it is just a documentation change.
