Draft: Translate german function names in ContentControll

What does this MR do?

Translates German function names in /src/Modules/Content/ContentControl.php to English.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

I couldn't find any references to these functions outside their definition. This makes me actually quite confident this change would break something 🙈 Otherwise these functions would be completely pointless, right?! Since this is my first MR, I would appreciate some clarification.

How to test

1. Have a look at the code, I guess :)
