Fix store normalisation in REST response

What does this MR do?

The IDs of responsible store members were not mapped correctly in a REST response.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

can't break anything, because we're not using the list yet

How to test

  1. Checkout branch locally
  2. Login as foodsaver
  3. Find the ID of a store for which you are responsible
  4. Open http://localhost:18080/api/stores/{storeId} and check that the JSON field responsibleUserIds contains valid numbers
