Fix store normalisation in REST response

What does this MR do?
The IDs of responsible store members were not mapped correctly in a REST response.
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
can't break anything, because we're not using the list yet

How to test
- Checkout branch locally
- Login as foodsaver
- Find the ID of a store for which you are responsible
- Open http://localhost:18080/api/stores/{storeId} and check that the JSON field
responsibleUserIds
contains valid numbers
