Harmonises the order of links to subpages in the header line (topbar) and on the page of the work group (AG) and region (Bezirk).

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

How to test

Steps a reviewer can take to verify that this MR does what it says it does e.g.

  1. Checkout branch locally
  2. Login as foodsaver
  3. Open the dropdown menu for "Deine Gruppen" on the header
  4. Check if the order of menu items is correct (compared to the defined order in the issue)
  5. Open the dropdown menu for "Bezirke" on the header
  6. Check if the order of menu items is correct
  7. Go the the page of a Work Group (AG)
  8. Check if the order of the menu items in the sidenav is correct
  9. Go to the page of a Region (Bezirk)
  10. Check if the order of the menu items in the sidenav is correct

Automated tests are not in place, because it were simple UI changes not affecting the actual logic.
