Fix HTML in email subject line

Alex requested to merge 714-fix-email-template-html into master

Closes #714 (closed)

What does this MR do?

Renders names of stores, regions, and food-share-points in the subject lines of email templates as raw, so that HTML markings don't appear anymore.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

Quite sure... let's say 90%
