Use right-to-left order in polls

Follow-up from !1860 (merged)

What does this MR do?

• I found a right-to-left mode for the sliders and there was a majority of people for having the positive options on the left (https://beta.foodsharing.de/?page=poll&id=154). So, this reverses the order of the score and thumb voting components and the results table.
• Disables the "ambassadors/admins only" scope in working groups, because the invitation process doesn't work (nobody is able to vote) and it is probably not used anyway. It can be enabled again later, if needed.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

Very sure, it's only in the frontend.

Checklist

Die Auswahlmöglichkeiten in Abstimmungen sind jetzt konsistent von links (Zustimmung) nach rechts (Ablehnung) angeordnet. Außerdem sind Abstimmungen, an denen nur die Admins einer AG teilnehmen können, erstmal nicht mehr möglich.
