What does this MR do?

Uses composer to add fpdi/fpdf libraries. These are also updated to the latest legacy version.

Also, the process of downloading id cards is changed: The "generate" Button directly dtriggers a download now, without redirecting the user to another page.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

Test shows it is good. Also a (simple) test for business card generation was added
