Make .yaml weblate compliant
requested to merge tinuthir/foodsharing:tinuthir-english-translation-patch-72848 into english-translation
Added quotes around all strings, escaped all characters within strings that required escaping, and added quotes around attributes that look like integers (e.g. line 294). All this in the name of making the .yaml weblate compliant.
