Bugfix for registration form (newsletter flag and getPnVersion date)

What does this MR do?
- Bugfix for newsletter flag - disable the default value to false
- Improved the RegisterCest.php: This check the variants with and without newsletter now.
- Bugfix in registration - removed adding the accepted_date to getPnVersion
