Changed menu name and link for guide page (Ratgeber to Hygiene-Ratgeber).
What does this MR do?
At the request of "Hygiene AG", the menu link for the guide page (Ratgeber) was renamed "Hygiene-Ratgeber" and the links were adapted.
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
