i18n: redirected hardcoded German strings from topbar to lang.de.yml

What does this MR do?
redirected all topbar hardcoded German strings I could find in the .vue files to lang.de.yml ... in some instances I felt like using translations already present in the file. And one line was english but outlined by Alex (no_error) so I included and translated it.
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

How to test
- Checkout branch locally
- Login as foodsaver
- Test around with the topbar. No changes should be visible to the master branch.
