What does this MR do?
Redirect the refs from storelist.vue to lang.de.yml
This also fixes the broken details button in the store list.

How to test
- Checkout branch locally
- Login as BIEB or above
- check if the words in the store menu are still there and correct:
storelist: entered: '"Eingetragen:"' status: Status name: Name address: Straße zipcode: PLZ city: Ort added: Eingetragen region: Bezirk geo: geo nocontact: Noch kein Kontakt inprogress: Verhandlungen laufen cooperating: In Kooperation notcooperating: Will nicht kooperieren nowaste: Wirft nichts weg
