region pass generator sort by region,foodsaver name - removed workgroups from list
What does this MR do?
Sorts the list for Pass generation by Name in default. Removes the display of workgroups on passgeneration page.
As the regions get quite big and take some time to load it is makes it easier for ambassadors if the list is default sorted by name and if the workgroups that are in that region are not seperatly listed. (less data to load)

- Checkout branch locally
- Login as ambassador
- Go to Bezirke - Göttingen - Ausweise
- Check that only foodsaver from districts are in that list but no Workgroup is listed
