Scrolling for stores on map

What does this MR do?

If you open an store on the mobile phone via the map, you can not see the green button below to join a them.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

The css class #b_content is only used for the bubble in map.

How to test

Steps a reviewer can take to verify that this MR does what it says it does e.g.

  1. Checkout branch locally
  2. Login as foodsaver
  3. Test in developer mode in browser to resolution 320px
  4. Open the map and choose a store with a big description
  5. Try to scroll at the buttom to click on the link
