Only display and agree to changes in privacy statement / confidentiality undertaking
Description
When the basic documents (privacy statement / confidentiality undertaking) have slightly been changed (like a change in the address), the user has to re-read and re-agree to the whole document.
Currently the alternative to reading the whole thing is to delete your profile. People accidentally do that.
Goal
Make the changes more clear.
Option A) Show only the changes, have the user agree on them.
Option B) Let the changes one agrees to be highlighted, So that when the privacy statement is changed, at the next login see the whole document with highlighted changes (or just the changes) to agree.
This would need to save the previous policy to find the differences and only show those or highlight them in the full text. Also it needs some kind of diff algorithm.
Evidence
Currently you see the whole statement and have to click a box and hit a button, at the same time not accidentally hitting the 'delete profile' option.
Trying your changes locally: saving the ds text in the "inhalte bearbeiten" menue.
Be aware that ambs and store managers get additionally shown a "vertraulichkeitserklärung". - that is the tricky part of the checkbox and deletion of account. - also there should be more additional stepts to confirm before it is actually deleted.
