Resolve "Invalid timeline should cause warning in dashboard"

Description

There should be invalid timeline -info when timeslider's timerange is more than default timerange. When user modify element it should set automatic zero values to incorrect timerange.

How to test

-Go to fullscreen map product

-Add observation and forecast to preset and save it new name

-Create new map product

-Select new created preset

-Set custom time. Example: 0, 0, 0, 4

-Save and go to fullscreen mode in this product

-Remove forecast layer and save preset

-In dashboard there should be info-box in this map product

-Go edit mode and select 'modify element'

-There should be timerange with values when going to timeline

-Save product and infobox vanished
