Posts update to FLUSP website

Professor Paulo Meirelles asked me to create a new page for academics posts on our website. So, this Merge Request creates a new page Academic Projects, which works just as Blogs.

Also, because it wasn't so clear on how to create a new post in the FLUSP website, this merge request updates README.md with a clear small tutorial that teaches how to do it (with examples).
