Add FFmpeg

Add FFmpeg libraries (those that we actually use) to address #1 (closed).

Note that the libs should also be added to https://gitlab.com/flightgear/fgmeta/-/blob/next/FlightGear-files.iss (addressed in fgmeta!50 (merged))
