Release 1.0.0

Simply bump the version number (string).

I'll then upload the release to PyPI so that people can get terrasync.py et al. with pip install flightgear (if they can be bothered to read the README.md). Then terrasync.py can be removed from the flightgear repository and the wiki updated accordingly (which is the immediate reason why I created the wiki templates for fgmeta-python[1]).
