Fix for Marble Bridge Eatery schedule

Discord ticket #4060 (07/28/2022): Hiya, I am trying to do the Save the Clock Tower quest in Jeuno, which requires to get into the Marble Bridge. It is finally a day for Elvaan, and I am Elvaan but it won't let me in.
