#105 push-api ocp configs
fix #105 (closed) by adding ocp configs, templates, readme, pull and encrypt scripts. Still need to add proper ssl certs once in production.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
