Support fahrenheit (UI only)

Merged Frej Bjon requested to merge fbjon/fevermap:frontend-prototyping into frontend-prototyping

This adds Fahrenheit to the displayed value. Fahrenheit is displayed first depending on location country.

Also, removes .idea files from VCS.
