test: accept resolved environment outputs

The output assertion currently rejects the three dotenv keys added in setup-vp#199. Accept either the two legacy keys or all five keys, and compare the new values with the exported environment.

The tests cover resolved values, unknown, missing keys, mismatched values, invalid values, and unexpected keys. Existing checks for secret outputs and file permissions remain in place.

node --test test/features.test.mjs: 26 passed. The two new tests fail without the assertion change.

The full GitLab suite passed on this branch against setup-vp commit f2c452ab1c34c245dd085f47a3ac1d7b23fb78a5, including project-auth-and-outputs, downstream-dotenv, and both child pipelines. Windows jobs remain disabled in the existing CI configuration.
