Is this license on the SPDX License List?
No. It's a mix of MIT-CMU and MIT-open-group.
Reason for license review
This is yet another variant of MIT. Fedora distributes it in perl-Prima package. I need an SPDX identifier for converting a License tag to SPDX format.
