F38 - chrony url change
The link for the chrony configuration file has changed. The current https://chrony.tuxfamily.org/manual.html#Configuration-file returns a 404 response on a different domain. It seems that https://chrony-project.org/doc/4.4/chrony.conf.html is the proper link now. This is just a web version of the man page. Note that this is the chrony 4.4 man page so, if/when chrony is updated to a newer version, this link should also be updated.
