🐛 site.yml: Add branches specifier to Mindshare Committee docs

The Mindshare Committee documentation has mysteriously stopped building and is no longer published on docs.fp.o. This is a guess on what might have broken the pipeline by specifying the default branch of the git repo, as is done with others that use main.
