Vectorize the Beefy Miracle

Lauryn Dake, a very talented character design artist, came up with this artwork for the Fedora Beefy Miracle mascot:

This artwork was created in Clip Paint Studio which would not export to a vector format. We need to implement these designs in Inkscape as vectors, and create them in vectors in such a way that the various body parts can be rigged / puppeted if need be to slightly change the poses.
