This commit integrates the work done by @MoralCode to enhance the livestream video processing pipeline for our virtual events. This extends the foundation that @not-a-dev-stein laid with the Stream Uploads SOP in the Marketing Team docs. Using the Sponsorblock-tagged submissions, we can now add starting and ending graphics to the clips using `ffmpeg`.

Additionally, this adds another event-focused script by @MoralCode that automates the process of adding people to a Matrix room based on pretix.eu registrations.
