Stop removing systemd-gpt-auto-generator

walters2/fedora-bootc-base-images:enable-gpt-auto into main

This has a LONG history dating back to this one forking from Fedora CoreOS, which has a custom partitioning setup designed for Ignition.

As this is a generic base image, I don't think we should keep that. We do want to support having the generator for those that want it.

Out of conservatism I'll send a patch for FCOS to keep disabling it.
