WIP: Vagrantfile: rework to use synced folder

Hans-Christoph Steiner requested to merge eighthave/repomaker:vagrant-update into master

This makes the Vagrant VM operate on the host's git repo via Vagrant's "synced folder" feature. WIP since its based on !223 (merged)
