Finalize 0.2

Hans-Christoph Steiner requested to merge eighthave/privileged-extension:finalize-0.2 into master

These are intended to be the last commits before tagging an official 0.2 release. I merged all the various descriptive text into the README, and made the versionName be set by the git tag for gradle builds only.
