Added Mirror fdroid.rasp.sh

Mirror is hosted in Melbourne, Australia connected at 10Gbit, currently syncing from ftp.fau.de as it seemed the fastest when doing the initial sync. I've been personally using it for about a week. I'd be interested in becoming a primary mirror, but the instructions on this don't seem so clear, as the public key for the user isn't posted in the instructions and neither where the SSH connection would be coming from. Let me know if I've missed something. Cheers.
