rename classes using IndexV2 terminology

Hans-Christoph Steiner requested to merge eighthave/jekyll-fdroid:rename-Package-to-Version into master

This does two renames:

  • Package -> Version
  • App -> Package

That matches the IndexV2 terminology used in fdroidclient and fdroidserver, as well as the "packages" path slug of the website URLs.
