remove license from Last Updated/Latest to focus on summary

Having the license there mostly looks badly formatted, and most users are not interested in the license of the apps since they're all free software. With the new search engine coming, users will be able to search by license. Someone could also generate a package listing "filter" that lists only apps with a given license.

I think this will generate some controversy, so I want to leave it open for a while to get input. I think we can provide a better user experience for both people who want to know the license and those who do not. But it means changing how things have been for a while. This should also wait until it is possible to search by license.
