Replace fdroid.app: with /packages/

Peter Serwylo requested to merge pserwylo/jekyll-fdroid:issue-19--fdroid-app-links into master

Fixes #19 (closed).

For testing, you will need to build with the F-Droid repo (not GP like we do for surge.sh) and check out something like aCalDAV (links to the - no longer present and thus 404ing - caldav sync adapter) or AddressToGPS (links to OSMAnd).
