URL scraping and fixes

Hans-Christoph Steiner requested to merge eighthave/issuebot:url-scraping-and-fixes into master

This makes it also search the resources in an APK for URLs, in addition to the DEX files. The hostnames in the URLs are also added to the hostnames report. Then some other fixes made while working on this.
