GitLab CI job to test `fdroid build`

Hans-Christoph Steiner requested to merge eighthave/fdroidserver:fdroid-build-job into master

Now that the fdroid build job in fdroiddata has proven useful, this ports it to be a CI job here to actually run a build when the relevant code changes.
