clean up help and logging

I went through to clean up and standardize some of the language used in help strings and logging messages. In particular, I made the references to metadata field names always match the actual field names (e.g. changing UCM to UpdateCheckMode. Then I switched everything to use the Android term "application ID" everywhere, replacing "app id", "package name", etc. I also standardized the "usage" text from fdroid foo --help.
