`fdroid deploy` fixes

Hans-Christoph Steiner requested to merge eighthave/fdroidserver:deploy-fixes into master

These are three fixes to make fdroid deploy run smoother:

  • handle when git mirrors get too big
  • improved handling of uploading large files to virustotal
  • properly fetch virustotal JSON reports
