more stable apk lookup for verify

Michael Pöhn requested to merge uniqx/fdroidserver:publishednameinfo-fixes into master

making sure fdroid verify will not crash when files with match unsigned/*.binary.apk are present. Also made the same filename check in fdroid publish case-insensitive.
