WIP: mediawiki test with androguard

Hans-Christoph Steiner requested to merge eighthave/fdroidserver:mediawiki-test-with-androguard into master

The mediawiki posting is currently totally untested. That makes it really hard to change, since its hard to test. This is a prototype of a test environment by running mediawiki in a docker container in a gitlab-ci job. It should be possible, it just needs to be debugged, if anyone wants to take it over from me.
