Full app store metadata scraping

Hans-Christoph Steiner requested to merge eighthave/fdroidserver:full-app-store-metadata-scraping into master

This adds support for all of the localized app store descriptions and graphics that are supported in Triple-T Gradle Play Publisher and Fastlane Supply.

This also adds character limits for all the text fields: Summary and Description are already there, now Name, WhatsNew, and Video are set. These three new limits only affect those fields when they come from localized sources.
