metadata fixes and tests

This is a collection of small fixes and new tests related to the fdroiddata metadata files. Some of these tests are too big to run in gitlab-ci, so they are running on the Guardian Project Jenkins server (https://qssio5fppcrojdh3.onion.to/job/fdroiddata/) and then hopefully soon on jenkins.debian.net
