Draft: CI: ignore git safe.directory

Jochen Sprickerhof requested to merge jspricke/fdroidserver:fix_git_safe_directory into master

CI uses /builds/fdroid/fdroidserver by default which is not allowlisted by default. Disable the feature as the path could differ.
