buildserver: Install python3-jsonschema

FestplattenSchnitzel requested to merge FestplattenSchnitzel/fdroidserver:jsonschema_pre into master

This is a prerequisite for validating with JSON schema. Currently, it's not a fdroidserver Debian package dependency; this commit can be reverted once it is.

Blocks: !1063 . Also see failing CI there: buildserver run-test, metadata_v0, fdroid build.
