Update AnySoftKeyboard Afrikaans Language Pack (4.0.1396)

• The app complies with the inclusion criteria
• All related fdroiddata have been referenced in this merge request
• The upstream app source code repo contains the app metadata (summary/description/images/changelog/etc) in a Fastlane or Triple-T folder structure
• Builds with fdroid build
• Releases are tagged

I'm not sure of what the procedure to change the ID of the APK is, but it's needed (for the reasons stated in the commit description). I used the old Calculator app from Xlythe as a reference.
