New App: Finamp

Finamp is a Jellyfin music player for Android and iOS. It's main feature is the ability to download songs for offline listening.

Hopefully I've done everything right. The only thing I need to add right now is the app metadata. One other thing to note is that I haven't made an app icon yet, so the app still uses the default Flutter icon.

For some reason, fdroid checkupdates com.unicornsonlsd.finamp sets the app version to 1.0.

• The app complies with the inclusion criteria
• The original app author has been notified (and does not oppose the inclusion)
• All related fdroiddata and RFP issues have been referenced in this merge request
• The upstream app source code repo contains the app metadata (summary/description/images/changelog/etc) in a Fastlane or Triple-T folder structure
• Builds with fdroid build
• Releases are tagged
