Update com.gpl.rpg.AndorsTrail.yml IssueTracker to new team project space
Last year there was an update to our project's source code repository (!6356 (merged)), from one member's personal repository to a shared team repository. The IssueTracker address was not updated along with the source code back then, but we no longer actively monitor the old address.
